A TOUR FOR BIRDERS AND NATURE LOVERS
Hosting more than 900 species of birds, Costa Rica is a hotspot for any birdwatcher.
Follow our nature experts through a combination of unique ecosystems. From mountains to mangroves, freshwater swamps to river banks. We will visit tropical dry forest, lowland rain forest and the mysterious cloud forest of higher mountain ranges.
In this tour, we’ve carefully selected a choice of hotels with private reserves that give the opportunity to our visitor to continue the observation even if not in an excursion.
Depending on your abilities in bird watching, this circuit allows the observation of 250 to 500 birds species.
This trip is also great for less specialized naturalists to discover several exceptional natural sites that abound in Costa Rica.
DURATION : 12 DAYS

PERFECT FOR…
A WORD FROM GREG
Being myself a trained ornithological guide, building a tour on this theme is a real passion! I have to say that the country fits perfectly with this activity, not only because it has a record number of species per square kilometers, but also has a quality of conservation which allows observations (and not only birds) in the best conditions!
